Class Registraion Payment Options *

Payment Option 1- Pay materials and yearly tuition in full. Please fill in credit/debit card information below if applicable. There is a 5% discount when choosing this option. Choosing this option waives the $20 registration fee. Class Payment Option 2- Materials and first month’s tuition paid at registration and automatic monthly payments from a checking account or debit or credit card. Please fill out card information below or attach a voided check. Choosing this option waives the $20 registration fee. Class Payment Option 3- First and last month’s tuition. First, last, registration fee of $20 and materials paid at registration.

Tuition plus Material Fees must be paid at registration. You will have the option to pay in full or 50% of the tuition plus material fees.

Your space in class will be held for 5 days to allow time for receiving your payment. If payment is not received by the end of 5 days or by the first class (whichever is sooner), your space in the class will be opened up to next registrant.

There will be a $5 late fee applied to all payments not received by the 7th of the month.
Musical Beginnings will calculate the prorated amount for students beginning after the first class of the month.
