Guitar Group Classes

Classes are available for ages 7 - 16 years. Participants will learn the basics of playing the guitar; including note reading, chord progression, and tablature. Because of the group setting, students will learn from each other and have fun too!

Semesters run 18 weeks and space is limited to 5 students per class.

Tuition: $205
** monthly payment plan available upon request.
Materials: $16 ($10 if you already have a goal book)
Students must bring their own guitar and picks.

Guitar / Bass Private and Semi-Private Lessons

Private and semi-private guitar lessons are available for ages 7 - adult. Students will learn basic note reading, chord progressions, and tablature as they develop the skills necessary for advanced playing. Once the basics are learned, students can choose the type of music they would like to play.

Lesson times are available in the daytime, evening, and weekends. Lessons can begin anytime during the year. Please call for scheduling.

Semi-private lessons are limited to 2 students at the same level of skill.

Private and Semi-private fees are based on and averaged over a ten-month (school year) schedule and 37 lessons. Choosing to discontinue lessons prior to the end of the school year may result in additional charges for those lessons already taken.

Tuition Private:  $74 per month for 4 half hour lessons
$100 per month for 4 forty-five minute lessons
$133 per month for 4 hour-long lessons
Tuition Semi-Private: - 2 students together at the same level
$48.00 per month for 4 half hour lessons
$63.00 per month for 4 forty-five minute lessons
$82.50 per month for 4 hour-long lessons
Materials: $16 - Students must bring their own guitar and picks.
We do have guitars available for rent or purchase.

Violin, Viola Private and Semi-Private Lessons

These lessons are for anyone, ages 6 - adult, who wants to learn how to play the violin or viola.  The teaching style will center on the following skills: focus and concentration, listening and observation, note reading and proper technique, repetition and positive reinforcement for continue progression.

In addition to private lessons, the students will be given the opportunity to perform for one another in small groups, and with an accompanist throughout the learning process allowing social interaction.
