Kindermusik
Kindermusik is an early childhood music and movement program
based on the beliefs that:
- every child is musical.
- every parent is the child’s most important teacher.
- the home is the most important place for learning to take
root and grow.
- based on research, music nurtures a child’s cognitive,
emotional, social, language, and physical development.
Kindermusik is for children from birth through seven years
of age. With the caring guidance of a trained and licensed
Kindermusik educator, your child can grow without pressure
to perform; only encouragement to explore, express, and

Kindermusik facilitates a wonderful environment for children
and families to be nurtured in Listening, Movement, and Vocal
Development. By introducing music into a child’s life
at a young age it will enhance the child’s future math,
science, language, and reading skills.
Kindermusik focuses on parent education in their child’s
developmental process and involvement in their child’s
music education. All of this is done through a quality, non-performance,
hands on, group learning experience.
The Kindermusik curriculum focuses on all aspects of child
development and music education and therefore Kindermusik
creates a fun and very stimulating environment.
At Musical Beginnings we also provide instrument exploration
before class, opportunities to order instruments for home
use, class pictures, weekly e-mails with class information, end of semester certificates, and special days (ie. grandparents day, bring a friend
day, etc.).
