Please check the schedule of camps and select two session / day / time combinations (if available) that will work for you. If you are registering for more than one camp, please enter the camp name in front of the session date in the Session Dates field(s) below OR submit a separate registration for each camp.

Camp Fees must be paid at registration.Your space in camp will be held for 5 days to allow time for receiving your payment. If payment is not received by the end of 5 days or by the first camp meeting (whichever is sooner), your space in the camp will be opened up to next registrant.

When your registration is received you will be contacted for payment arrangements using one of the following methods:

Payment in Full or 50% by Check, Debit, or Credit Card.

I agree to abide by the policies of Musical Beginnings. I am enrolling my child in Summer Camp for the entire session. I understand that any materials fee is non-refundable unless Musical Beginnings is notified more than 2 weeks before the beginning of the session.

I also understand that I am responsible for supervising my child(ren) while on the premises of Musical Beginnings studio. Musical Beginnings is not liable for any injury on or near the premises.

Occassionally Musical Beginnings takes photos of students within camps to use in education or promotion of the studio. If I do not wish for my child(ren) to be photographed, I will let the instructor know the first day of camp.
